Synopsis
Jang-su, who starts living with his older brother Byung-su, accidentally witnesses his sister-in-law being abused by his brother. However, it turns out this is all a hallucination from Jang-su, who suffers from a mental illness. Though he should be taking his medication daily, he increasingly skips doses, and in his delusion, he ultimately kills his brother, whom he believed was tormenting his sister-in-law.
